The staff at the hotel are very helpful and excellent. the room is cheap and brand new, with a great view of the mountains. the location is particularly good and absolutely perfect, within walking distance of everything. the hotel is also conveniently close to the tram stop that connects to central Kayseri. the meals served at the hotel are fine and good.

The hotel was exceptionally comfortable, I truly enjoyed its friendly staff. The place had a quiet atmosphere. The venue's location was favourable and great on mountains. Besides, it was short walk to the tram stop as well as food shops. Stayed here for the early flight, no complaints.

my double room was cheap, had a soft bed. it was really close to the center of the bathroom and shopping centre, marvellous and absolutely perfect location overall. it also was really close to slipstream sculpture.

We had a fantastic time at Kayseri Loft Hotel. Perfect for those traveling by car with a dog, as there is convenient parking right next to the hotel. The staff is incredibly friendly, the rooms are beautifully furnished and super comfortable. The top floor restaurant offers delicious local dishes with a stunning view. The breakfast was excellent, and we hope to return for a longer stay.

the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, making us feel right at home. the room exceeded our expectations with its spaciousness, comfort, and cozy atmosphere. the on, site restaurant served delicious meals, and we especially enjoyed the cake. the breakfast was excellent as well, offering a wide variety of tasty options. the location was perfect for us as it was easily accessible from the highway, making it convenient for our one, night stay. Plus, the views of the snow, covered mountains from our balcony were absolutely stunning. We will definitely be returning to Kayseri and choosing the Loft as our accommodation again. Cons: No issues 😊.

The double room had a TV with satellite channels, climate control, and an individual safe. We loved the garden view from our room window. the hotel's location on the mountains was fantastic and perfect. Check-in was early and the overall atmosphere was quiet and relaxing.

Our stay at Loft was fantastic! The room was comfortable and spacious, perfect for our family. We were kinda surprised to find all the beds prepared for our children, and they even provided a toothbrush when we forgot one. The extra amenities like water bottles and a kitchen corner were a nice touch. The breakfast was delicious, with a good variety of dishes. We highly recommend this hotel for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

We were absolutely blown away by the stylish loft-style renovation of this hotel. The staff was incredibly polite and pleasant, always treating us with the utmost kindness. The VIP-class cars for our ski resort transfers were super comfortable. We loved having the sauna and swimming pool, and the view of the mountain from our window was jaw-dropping. It was a true delight to be able to witness both the sunrise and sunset. The location was really convenient, with the tram station just a 5-minute walk away. The breakfast was more than satisfactory, offering a delicious spread. The room itself was comfortable and it was amazing that all the beds were ready for our children. We were pleasantly surprised to find extra amenities like toothbrushes and water bottles. we can't stop raving about our experience and highly recommend this place.

The size of the rooms was mind-blowing, with plenty of space for our family. It was a pleasant surprise to have a balcony in our room, where we could enjoy the jaw-dropping view of the mountains. The rooms were impressively well-equipped, with new furniture and electronics that added a modern touch. The comfortable beds provided a super relaxing sleep experience. The staff were incredibly pleasant and made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The SPA center was a fantastic addition, allowing us to indulge in some much-needed relaxation.
